This is the program that health club memberships and the presence of fitness equipment can not deliver. Our fitness boot camp is designed to force your mind to overcome the bodys weaknesses.
This unique fitness class draws its roots from military style strength training and cardiovascular techniques. The strategy combines strength training, cardiovascular exercises, balance, and coordination as well as agility and speed training activities. This Boot Camp is open to all fitness levels, however, you must be able to do a minimum of 10 body-weight squats, a one mile walk, and engage in vigorous activity. Please bring a mat, pair of dumbbells (5-12 lbs.), water, sweat towel, and an athletic spirit.
